Photo bomb and some fun....

This week Dan took us on a picnic and Jaxson got to fly a kite. It was so fun to watch him run with it. He ran the kite right into a tree- the funniest part of it was that when all the lag on the kite string was tight, it pulled him back and he fell right on his bum. I was surprised, I thought the string would break!

Jaxson loves to be friends with Cam, especially now that Cam is starting to get big enough to really pay attention and do some playing. This week, Cameron got some new books from Grandma and Jaxson was excited to read them to him. They were the kind of books that you can feel different textures, so Jax helped Cam feel each picture, and he even shared his beloved blanket "pinky" with Cam. That poor blanket was Kristen's security blanket, and now Jax has stolen it and named it.
Cousins are seriously the best. I am so close with so many of mine- it makes me a bit sad for my boy that most of his are far far away and that he doesn't have any that will be his age. But Jax is like a big brother to him. It is so cute!
