2 months old- and my new job

I can hardly believe it! Cameron is developing and growing nicely. He had his 2 month well check up yesterday and got all his shots.
He has really grown! His weight was only the 4th percentile when he came home, now he is in the 45th percentile weighing in at 11.14 pounds! He has grown 2 inches- 22 inches long!
His reflux is no fun, and he has been a horrible sleeper. The pediatrician said it is time to start "training" him to sleep better. He has still been getting up and wanting to eat every 2-3 hours and not napping well in the day. The information the pediatrician gave and said is that in the day he should be going 3-4 hours, and at night 4-6 hours. Last night was the first night we let him sleep in his crib in his room alone. It was rough. I tried to follow a five minute tip the doc gave- go in, soothe him, but don't pick him up. He gave us two 4 hour stretches with a bit of fussing in between. I know it will improve- unfortunately Dan is feeling pretty hopeless about it- even after just one night.
The stress a baby can put on your marriage is hard.
At 2 months old, Cameron:

• Holds his head better all the time
• Gets excited to play with toys
• Likes to see people- he doesn't fuss too much at anyone unless he needs something
• Holds on to things with both hands
• Rolls from his back to his side

He is a stinker and hasn't really given much of a smile yet besides in his sleep, but he has grinned, and he definitely gets happy eyes to see his mommy and daddy. 

He likes his pets! They love him too.

8 weeks old!

I am now watching Jaxson 4-5 days per week. Whew! I am exhausted! I started Monday. He loves coming to my house though and is so good for me. He loves Cameron very much and helps as much as he can. 

We were at the grocery and Jax wanted to hold Cam. He told me, "I need that thingy on your shoulder." 

"Oh the burp cloth?"

"Yes please." 

"Where do you want it?"

"On my shoulder!!"

It was really cute. 

He also says very funny things like: One day he had a ring pop but he wouldn't listen so he got it taken away. Tyler gave it to me and told him that it was for Cameron now. 

Jaxson started crying and said: "But Cameron doesn't have any teeth! He can't eat my ring pop!"

Those things are so funny!!
