Motherhood and Sentimental Feelings

I gotta just blab for a minute. I haven't done that on here for a while. Cameron will be 18 months on August 9- and while I love watching him grow and explore there is a tiny part of my heart that is so sad about how quickly he is growing and not my tiny baby anymore.
I can't express how beautiful, wonderful, and hard it is to be a mother. I didn't think I would be able to have any children, and there is a strong possibility he is my one and only miracle from my Father in Heaven to treasure and raise and teach. I feel so blessed and I just love how he takes up so much room in my home- and even more in my heart.

 It has been super hard to learn how to co-parent with Dan- we are still learning, but it definitely brings a new love and appreciation for him as a father!
We were up in the mountains this past weekend, and there is this smile that Cameron has- he reserves it for me. It is that smile that just says- "you are my favorite person in the whole world and I love my mommy so!" I told Dan about said smile, cause he was so sweetly flashing it at me- and Dan said, of course you're his favorite! I said, yes, but it won't always be that way, and for now I just love it and it melts my heart!!

There is this book, Wherever You Are, My Love Will Find You- I read it to Cameron every night. It makes me teary- every night.

So so fitting!! And now I am boobing like a baby.
I am seriously so blessed, and thank my Father in Heaven everyday for my life, my husband, and my son. It has not been easy, but it has been wonderful.
It goes by so quickly I try to treasure every moment!!!
